Overview: All Sales Are Final

At Poop-Art.com, every item is custom-made specifically for you as soon as you place an order. We operate on a Print-on-Demand basis to ensure the highest quality and minimize waste.

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

*   Change of mind / Buyer's remorse.

*   Ordering the wrong size or color.

*   Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Please review the Size Guide available on each product page carefully before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

Damages and Manufacturing Issues

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, a damaged product, or a manufacturing error, we offers a free replacement or a refund. 

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find any issues, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

How to Report an Issue:

1.  Email us at hello@poop-art.com].

2.  Include your Order Number.

3.  Attach clear photos showing the issue (e.g., the damaged area, the print error, or the garment size tag if the wrong size was sent).

Once we review your case and validate the defect, we will immediately issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. You do not need to return the defective item to us.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit and the tracking status is not "Delivered", we will send a replacement free of charge.
